LUCAS SAMARAS created Platter for ARTES MAGNUS. This elegant serving dish of laminated glass and black anodized aluminum has a very strong sculptural presence. For the laminated glass, the artist chose to use an optical and colorful image of a painting of beloved artists from the seventies. The anodized spun aluminum base has a sleek design of a subtle conical shape balanced on three balls.
Platter is published in a limited edition of 100 and is signed and numbered on the base.
